DMCA and IP Policy

payable.link respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on payable.link infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact containing:
- Your full legal name, contact email, and relationship to the rights holder.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s), slug(s), or identifying details of allegedly infringing material.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder/agent.
Incomplete notices may delay or prevent action.

3. Review and Action
After receiving a substantially complete notice, we may remove, disable, or restrict access to content while we evaluate the claim. We may also request additional information from either party and preserve evidence/logs relevant to the dispute.
We may suspend associated accounts or listings for repeat or severe violations.
4. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or where your address is outside the U.S., a suitable U.S. jurisdiction), and agreement to accept service from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Valid counter-notifications may result in restoration of material unless the complainant initiates legal action within the applicable legal window.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers or repeatedly violate IP rights. We evaluate repeat behavior based on frequency, severity, notice quality, and account history.
6. Abuse and Other IP Complaints
For trademark, impersonation, privacy, security abuse, or non-copyright complaints, contact contact@payable.link with full details and supporting evidence.
7. Good-Faith Use Requirement
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal liability. We reserve all rights to pursue remedies for abuse of this process.
8. Platform Role and Reservation
payable.link is a platform service and does not pre-screen all user content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our sole discretion for legal, safety, or policy reasons, whether or not a DMCA notice is submitted.
